Orders & contract
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm acceptance by email when we dispatch the goods.
- We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., stock issues, pricing error, suspected fraud). Any payment taken will be refunded.
- Please check your details carefully. You’re responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Prices, taxes & payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£). Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time, but confirmed orders are unaffected.
Shipping & delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We’ll email you when your order ships.
- Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you provide.
- Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
- You can return unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (excludes custom/personalised items unless faulty).
- To start a return, email support@quoteslife.co.uk with your order number.
- Unless the item is faulty, you’re responsible for return shipping. Keep proof of postage.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we receive and check the return.
- Your statutory rights (e.g., under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are not affected.
Accounts
- You’re responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
User content (reviews)
- Reviews must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe others’ rights. We may remove content that breaches these rules.
Intellectual property
The Quoteslife name, logo, product designs, and all content on this website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without permission.
Prohibited use
You must not misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or use the site for unlawful purposes).
Liability
- We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.
Events outside our control
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier delays, supply shortages).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
